Job Description
We are looking for a Field Premium Auditor to join our Premium Audit team at Society Insurance Company. As a crucial member of our team, you will conduct field and electronic premium audits for Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies by adhering to industry standards and company guidelines within the NE Illinois Territory.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive premium audits for policyholders including reviewing operations, examining payroll records, completing audit recaps, and ensuring customer service.
- Prepare for audits by reviewing policies, identifying exposure basis, and scheduling audit appointments.
- Develop expertise in auditing through continuing education and produce high-quality audits with minimal re-audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of premium audit experience or Associate degree and 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, spreadsheets, and industry standards.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to travel with potential overnight stays.
- Completion of insurance or premium auditing designations highly desirable.
