Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources. Key responsibilities include resolving facility and customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring adherence to support and data center policies. The role requires flexibility to support 24/7 operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
