Job Description
The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical 24x7x365 role focused on providing physical and Level II technical support to customers. This position requires a strong grasp of Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and effective PC troubleshooting skills. The technician must embody professionalism and technical expertise while interacting with both customers and internal resources.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Resolve Facility and customer issues promptly.
- Maintain professionalism during data center operations.
- Troubleshoot and document technical issues.
- Adhere to Flexential Support and Data Center protocols.
- Provide support for 24/7 operations.
- Assist with physical and logical installations.
- Ensure Data Center cleanliness and security.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipping/receiving.
- Assist Critical Infrastructure Manager as required.
- Maintain inventory levels and perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in IT Support is preferred.
- Network +, Security +, CCNA certifications desired.
- Microsoft MCP or MCSA certification preferred.

Base Pay Range
($19.33 - $22.67) salary range offered. Actual pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
