Corewell Health is seeking a full-time CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health Wayne Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams, ensuring the best possible imaging quality while adhering to radiation protection principles. Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders
- Provide procedural information/education to patients
- Perform CT exams and related procedures
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently
- Ensure patient safety during procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the exam room
- Use effective communication with medical staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Certification by ARRT, additional CT certification required within 1 year
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers
