Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our team. Our Sales Consultants play a crucial role in increasing market share, fostering relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow market share within an assigned geographical territory.
- Cultivate relationships with customers and manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.
- Coordinate all individuals involved in building projects, including MBI personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and maintain customer confidentiality.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Experience in commercial sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel as needed.
