Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our team. Our Sales Consultants play a crucial role in increasing market share, fostering relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow market share within an assigned geographical territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.
  • Coordinate all individuals involved in building projects, including MBI personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Experience in commercial sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel as needed.
