Morton Buildings, Inc., the premier leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within a designated geographical area, fostering relationships with existing and new clients, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. This challenging yet rewarding role requires a self-driven individual who is dedicated to delivering top-quality buildings supported by exceptional warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients while expanding market presence.
  • Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to final handover.
  • Ensure adherence to construction timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management background.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in managing a sales funnel and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to industry changes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.
