As part of our team, you will be instrumental in expanding market share within an assigned geographic area, fostering new client relationships, and nurturing existing customer connections. Your role will entail managing complex projects from pre-sale through completion, delivering unparalleled quality buildings supported by top-notch warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a sales funnel to meet or exceed set sales targets.
  • Enhance existing market presence and be available during construction-relevant hours.
  • Coordinate project stakeholders, including MBI staff, subcontractors, and compliance with permitting regulations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 2 years sales experience or 5 years in construction management.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness at integrating technology in daily tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes and market demands.
