Caregiver HHA or CNA

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver (HHA or CNA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enriching the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, attending to their individual needs and preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, adjusting care levels accordingly.
• Participate in the development and update of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement through activities and programs.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
