Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, building meaningful relationships and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in resident condition and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident welfare.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to a positive community environment.
• Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities as per their profiles.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
