Bakery Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Bakery Manager to lead our Bakery Department at Kennie's Market's Inc. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the department, providing top-quality products, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department.
• Maintain control over expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Handle accounting procedures, including invoices, transfers, and inventory.
• Order raw materials, ensure product quality, and manage pricing.
• Oversee stocking, display, and rotation of bakery products.
• Collaborate with Store and Bakery Specialists on merchandising and sales trends.
• Ensure department cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise Bakery Department employees and maintain equipment.
• Participate in store-wide sales promotions and cooperate with other departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
