At Sunrise, our Care Manager role is pivotal in providing the highest quality care and services to residents and their families in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, attend to their individual care needs, and contribute to their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors, attending to their daily living needs and preferences.
• Recommend adjustments in care levels based on conditions.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and adhere to safety regulations.
• Assist residents in life enrichment activities and skills development.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills are essential.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest.
