Job Description

We are looking for an Academic Instructor to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As an instructor, you will conduct academic classes, adhere to company values, and help students achieve educational goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive classroom environment, documenting student progress, and implementing curriculum effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct academic classes and manage classroom activities.
• Help students achieve educational milestones and goals.
• Maintain discipline and a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
• Document and record student progress and behavior.
• Implement curriculum and educational learning plans.
• Prepare reports and evaluations in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing classroom supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and teaching certification.
• Experience in teaching, particularly with disadvantaged youth (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, and engage with students effectively.
