Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Campbell County Health in Wyoming. As a key member of our healthcare provider, you will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Job Summary

• Provide direct patient care under physician direction.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and vital statistics.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health status and care plans.
• Maintain clinical standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Maintain required certifications and licenses.
• Ability to assess patient conditions, formulate care plans, and evaluate responses.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handle emergency situations with composure.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Computer proficiency for electronic records.
• Knowledge of developmental stages for patient care.
• Proficiency across age groups: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric.
