We are hiring a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As the overnight baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bagels for both in-house and catering operations. This position requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of bagels for daily operations.
• Check and adjust prep amounts based on catering orders.
• Work independently during the 12am-6am shift.
• Ensure all baking is completed before the store opens.

Requirements

• Prior baking experience is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
