Job Description
We are currently looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with healthcare standards and organizational protocols, policies, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans based on patients' needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care, maintaining clinical competencies, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
