NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. The position involves providing nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold current RN licensure, and have experience in Emergency Services. Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat. The role offers an opportunity to work in the new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and organization protocols.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Create a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, Hazmat, and Certification in Emergency Nursing (Preferred).

Unit Details

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design, advanced technology, and personalized patient care. The facility includes private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
