Job Description
We are currently seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room of Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Evaluate and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills for optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
