Director of maintenance

Job Description

Rockwell Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Maintenance to elevate our facility at Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center to the next level. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a skilled nursing facility in Yucca Valley, where your expertise will contribute to maintaining a high standard of maintenance for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance projects at the facility.
• Manage housekeeping and laundry services to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Utilize your skills in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or appliance maintenance.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with on-call availability.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
