Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Partners Bank in Waterboro. As a key member of our Branch Administration department, you will play a crucial role in driving business development by servicing both new and existing customers through the sale of deposit products and related services. In addition to providing top-notch customer service and problem resolution, you will identify sales opportunities and contribute to branch sales plans and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and service deposit products and services, and some consumer loans.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Generate quality referrals for various products like mortgages, loans, and investments.
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery to customers and support branch sales initiatives.
  • Efficiently handle teller transactions and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Adhere to security, compliance, and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a front-line banking or financial services role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer sales, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, technical, and computer proficiency.
