Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to ensure excellence in patient and family care at Campbell County Medical Group. As a key member of the team, the Clinical Supervisor will oversee the daily operations, manage staff performance, and collaborate with department directors to uphold the highest standards of care.

Primary Job Duties:

• Provide daily oversight and management of staff performance to facilitate cohesive clinic operation.
• Ensure ongoing patient satisfaction and superior customer service.
• Conduct management responsibilities in a positive, professional manner.
• Delegate tasks, supervise follow-up, and ensure staff accountability in implementing the nursing process.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff.
• Assist in budget development and maintain fiscal compliance.
• Coordinate training, evaluate new procedures, and equipment.
• Review staffing levels for safe and efficient patient care.
• Ensure adequate medical supplies and timely ordering process.
• Participate in strategic planning, customer/guest relations, and staff development.

Job Specifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Wyoming RN license.
• Experience: Ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records applications.
