Advisor, Sols PPS

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Advisor, Sols PPS to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. This role involves being a P360 Analyst responsible for driving volume growth initiatives and growth strategies for production inkjet systems customers in the assigned territory. The Advisor works closely with various teams to identify and address growth opportunities, develop client strategies, perform site assessments, and drive new business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer site assessments and project resources effectively.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for workflow optimization.
• Develop and deliver site assessment studies.
• Provide expert-level support for Canon production inkjet color in the region.
• Design and communicate technical solutions for workflow management.
• Maximize inkjet technology utilization and drive print volume at targeted customers.
• Offer post-sales support, implementation services, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business development in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 9 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Printing, Transactional, and Direct Mail markets.
• Experience in pre-sales/post-sales support in production environments.
• Proficiency in document delivery through web portals and automation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive travel may be required up to 60% with valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary

Anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $94,060.00 to $129,160.00 per year.
