Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through coaching and evaluations.
  • Manage liquor orders and costs, enforce liquor laws, and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through feedback and coaching.
  • Review, interview, and hire Front of House employees as needed.
  • Create a fun and safe environment by implementing operational goals, contests, and incentives.
  • Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures.
