Responsibilities
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
- Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through coaching and evaluations.
- Manage liquor orders and costs, enforce liquor laws, and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through feedback and coaching.
- Review, interview, and hire Front of House employees as needed.
- Create a fun and safe environment by implementing operational goals, contests, and incentives.
- Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures.
