We are hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our rapidly growing origination team at Zillow Home Loans. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate mortgage loans, provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with customers and partners, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process
• Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-up and professional correspondence
• Build relationships with customers and partners such as real estate agents
• Analyze clients' needs to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members, share best practices, and structure loans for fulfillment partners

Requirements

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses
• 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education completion and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test passed
• 1+ years of mortgage sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft products, passionate about client relationships, and consultative selling
• Highly motivated, competitive, energetic, and positive team player
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
