Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Technician In Charge to join First Student, the leading school transportation provider in North America. This important role involves serving the Cleveland, MO School District as a Lead Diesel Mechanic, with a focus on efficient fleet maintenance and superior service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and oversee shop operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and monitor performance efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license; CDL training provided.
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
- ASE certification participation required; training and bonuses offered.
