Job Description

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial health and business strategy through reporting, analysis, and modeling. Your responsibilities will include leading the configuration and administration of financial planning software, developing budgets and forecasts, analyzing operating metrics, improving FP&A processes, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial health and business strategy through reporting and analysis.
  • Configure and administer financial planning software.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs and financial ratios.
  • Improve reporting and ad hoc capabilities.
  • Continuous analysis and improvement of business processes.
  • Perform variance analyses and provide actionable insights.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of FP&A or Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • MBA certification preferred.
  • Experience with financial planning systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills.
