Healing Haven LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism, focusing on improving communication, socialization, and play skills. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programs during therapy sessions.
• Execute Behavior Intervention Plans as per BCBA guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on client programming and apply it during sessions.
• Train new staff on Applied Behavior Analysis practices.
• Ensure accurate documentation of billable interactions and service hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional references and reliable transportation required.
• Physical fitness to perform therapy services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
