Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure the operational and financial success of our residential properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Manage rent collection and delinquent balances.
- Maintain resident files and documentation with accuracy.
- Resolve resident complaints effectively.
- Conduct apartment inspections and manage account records.
- Assist in the community's successful operation in the absence of the Community Manager.
- Stay updated on local area offerings for prospective residents.
- Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RealPage products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management laws.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in leasing or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends and lift up to 20lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
