Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners. As the Senior Development Officer, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of funders, collaborate with program teams, and drive fundraising efforts to support community development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise's mission and programs to develop fundraising strategies.
• Work with program staff to articulate programming for prospective funders.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national funders.
• Manage meetings, events, and funders' communications effectively.
• Write and submit proposals and reports following funder guidelines.
• Create customized proposals, impact reports, and recognition opportunities for funders.
• Maintain accurate funder records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate and foundation fundraising.
• Proven track record securing substantial gifts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
