Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated RSC Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Ace Hardware. The HR Business Partner will align business objectives with employees and management, serving as a consultant on human resource-related matters. This role involves assessing HR needs, developing integrated solutions, and maintaining effective partnerships across the organization. The successful candidate will champion employees and act as a change agent to drive business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Ace values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork.
- Provide coaching, consultation, and direction to management on staffing, employee relations, policy administration, and performance management.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Create a positive employee relations environment to enhance performance.
- Manage performance reviews, leaves of absence, worker's compensation claims, and employee training programs.
- Handle turnover reporting, unemployment claims, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Presentation skills, conflict management, and strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in compensation, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Self-directed, proactive, and ability to identify and implement business strategies.
Compensation Details
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
