Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Mid-South Transplant Foundation as a Clinical Response Coordinator (CRC). In this role, you will be at the forefront of facilitating organ and tissue donation, making a life-saving impact on the community. The CRC will conduct on-site visits to donor hospitals within a 3-hour radius of Memphis, TN, to assess the suitability of potential donors, collaborate with hospital teams, and evaluate medical records to determine eligibility for donation.
Working Hours
Full-time position requiring 12 to 15 days per month with a 24-hour call schedule. Availability for 2 weekends per month and some holidays is necessary.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in an ICU setting as an RN or Advanced EMT/Paramedic. A degree in a medical or related field is acceptable. A minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience is required. Salary ranges from $60k/yr to $74k/yr based on experience.
