Job Description

We are looking for a Substitute Residential Advisor-SPR to create a safe and supportive environment for residents in student housing. The role involves supervising students, providing counseling, documenting student progress, facilitating group activities, and ensuring dormitory cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in daily activities including personal hygiene, chores, and recreational events.
• Provide counseling and guidance on personal and behavioral issues.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate educational life skills programs and group discussions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and order in the dormitory.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in education or working with students preferred.
• Ability to compose reports, direct individuals, and intervene with students.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, see, hear, and speak.
