Site Director-PIV

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Site Director-PIV to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing student programs and activities to ensure the effective operation of Job Corps Center students.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Ensure the center meets established goals, maintains 100% OBS, and achieves Career Transition (placement) goals.
• Build relationships with community leaders, local employers, and organizations.
• Maintain communication with staff, the Center Director, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental budget management.
• Prepare and provide necessary reports for the Department of Labor and CSD.
• Ensure the safe operation of center functions and student safety.
• Conduct staff evaluations, interviews, and recommend hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with three years' experience in program management, preferably in a Job Corps or similar training program.
• Experience working with youth and creating environments focused on student retention and placement.
• Knowledge of working with young adults in education, training, and residential living environments.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to establish rapport with students, direct and inspire staff.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, seeing, hearing, and occasional lifting.
• Environmental demands include operating office equipment, working with others, and reading/writing at a college level.
