Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our Atomizer department at ATI's Oakdale, PA facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the atomization process, transforming molten metal into high-quality powder used in aerospace, nuclear, and national defense applications. Your responsibilities will include maintaining equipment, preparing materials for atomization, and ensuring the efficient operation of the atomizing unit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Weigh out raw materials and oversize powder accurately.
• Prepare heats efficiently for continuous atomization.
• Perform various refractory tasks as needed.
• Clean, assemble, and install equipment for melt preparation.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, military, or industrial settings.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
