Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 in a full-time role. As a key team member, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze data, predict and prevent machine failures, and maintain equipment effectively to minimize downtime. Your role will involve working with maintenance planners, gathering data using various technologies, and ensuring plant operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict pending machine failures and take preventative measures.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and attend maintenance meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis and a willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
