Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wage up to $23.50 per hour. The position involves various shift schedules including A1, A2, B, C, and D.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product quality and safety issues.
- Assist warehouse management and achieve budgeted goals.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
- Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Required to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
