Job Description

Hepaco Inc, a leading environmental and emergency services company, is looking to expand its team in Jacksonville with a skilled Project Manager. This role involves overseeing environmental projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and Territory Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, organization, and execution in line with company policies.
• Participate in project bidding and contracting to deliver on client expectations.
• Lead and mentor project team members, uphold safety standards, and manage project finances.
• Collaborate with business development activities and contribute to regional recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in environmental services.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Hyland OnBase is a plus.
