Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock accurately to fulfill orders from stores.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
