Overview

The Electrical Manager position is integral to OWWC's success, responsible for sales, estimating projects, and ensuring project success. This role collaborates with various team members to execute projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer relationships.
• Finding and maintaining relationships with new customers.
• Strategic planning and project estimating.
• Project Management and oversight.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful electrical project bidding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding and alignment with company values.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Computer literacy and software proficiency.
• Preferred: Electrical engineering degree or related experience.
