Member Experience Specialist- Dual role as Teller/Banker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist, a dual role as a teller/banker, to join Kirtland Federal Credit Union. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by performing various member service functions, including teller transactions, cash handling, and opening new accounts. Additionally, you will identify member needs, develop financial relationships, and provide opportunities for appropriate loan and deposit products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance member relationships to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Perform various member service functions accurately and efficiently, including teller transactions, cash handling, and account maintenance.
• Process loan applications for consumer lending products and evaluate members' creditworthiness.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and regulations.
• Provide exceptional internal and external member service and support the credit union's mission and vision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year's cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Previous lending or sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and computer skills.
• Ability to be influential, multi-task oriented, and flexible in a changing environment.
