Maintenance Technician - Floater

Avesta Housing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties across Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to providing quality affordable housing solutions to individuals and families in need.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $21.00 - $23.00, offering overtime pay opportunities. The work location is in Kittery, ME; Exeter, NH; and Hampton Falls, NH areas.
