Maintenance Technician $1,500 Retention Bonus

Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of residential apartment homes and property areas. A $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions are offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
• Conduct repairs in areas like small appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Be available for after-hour emergency calls according to company policy.

Skill Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA certification required.
• Exceptional safety skills and possession of personal tools.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs and work weekends as needed.
