Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join their team in Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining robotics systems in the dairy industry, performing regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. This role involves being on-call and handling various maintenance activities such as weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.

Requirements

• Ability to develop necessary maintenance skills.
• Experience in PLC-based controls design and support.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Comfort working with chemicals like Chlorine and Chlorine dioxide.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
• Flexibility in work hours and travel within a 6-hour driving range.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
