You will be responsible for maintaining residential apartment homes and property areas, performing repairs, and responding to emergency calls. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes and property areas.
- Conduct repairs in various areas such as small appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policies.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong safety skills and physical capabilities.
