Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at H & A Farms LLC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the packing line on a daily basis. It will be crucial for you to practice and promote proper policies and procedures while maintaining the required line speed. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with packing line staff to ensure maximum efficiency and monitor product quality.

• Set up and operate packing line daily.

• Maintain required line speed.
• Coordinate packing line staff for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor product for quality required.
• Communicate with packing line staff to ensure product integrity.
• Communicate with Packing Floor Supervisor to ensure proper workflow.
• Must be able to work in a group/team environment.
