Job Description

We are looking for a talented Line Cook to join the team at TPC Louisiana for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for basic food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring high-quality food production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to meet member and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience or culinary training.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
