Responsibilities

• Interact proactively and professionally with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
• Establish trust through digital communication channels and provide informed insurance advice.
• Conduct thorough product research, accurate quoting, and assist in decision-making processes.
• Develop new business contacts through networking and referrals.
• Handle policy underwriting, documentation, and client-specific records maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent with valid P&C and Life Insurance License.
• Prior sales experience and strong integrity mindset.
• Proficient technology skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks effectively, deliver client-focused experiences, and explain insurance coverage clearly.
• Active listening skills, resilience, and confidence in prospecting for new business.
• Collaborative spirit to work with colleagues and follow structured sales processes.
