Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Endodontist to join our unique and established specialty practice in Mason City, Iowa. As the only practice of its kind in the state, we offer a collaborative environment with distinct dental specialties under one roof.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional endodontic treatment while focusing on patient care and collaboration with our team.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referring providers.
• Ensure practice autonomy while meeting the standard of care for an Endodontist.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Endodontics program and a Dental Degree recognized by the ADA.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and work in a dedicated team environment.
• Desire for mentorship, ownership, and commitment to delivering the best possible endodontic care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Rate of $10,000/month or 40% of collections for the first 6 months.
• Signing bonus of $20,000 and relocation package up to $10,000.
• Path to Partnership after 24 months, medical and dental benefits, and CE plan with allowance.

Technology

• Utilize state-of-the-art technology including Carestream 9600 CBCT, Zeiss microscopes, and Prime Scan IOS.
• IV sedation services available with an onsite certified registered nurse anesthetist.
