Job Description

The Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader will be responsible for tasks such as event booking, delivery, setup for catering, and leading operations during events for Clumpies Ice Cream and GOOD DOG. This role involves ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining relationships with event planners, overseeing the catering team, and increasing sales through effective customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent guest service in line with organizational values.
  • Lead Catering and Special Events team to meet operational goals.
  • Assist with scheduling catering outlets and application processes for events.
  • Maintain relationships with event planners for new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
  • Supervise partners, address guest complaints, and handle cash deposits.
  • Perform cashier duties, serve guests, and prepare food as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Food Service/Hospitality environment.
  • Serve Safe Certification.
  • Team leadership skills and ability to motivate and oversee others.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate event vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and math skills.
  • Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds and stand regularly.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $17.4-$17.45
