Join Comhar Inc. as a Part-Time Certified Peer Specialist at our Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) in Walnutport, PA. As a Certified Peer Specialist, you will work within a recovery framework to provide counseling, support groups, and interventions to help individuals achieve their recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing educational and support groups.
• Provide training and support for individuals' recovery plans and skills development.
• Teach positive coping strategies and daily living skills.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and documentation requirements.
• Support individuals in community engagement and wellness activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 months of related mental health services experience.
• Valid PA State clearances, CPR w/AED & First Aid certification, and valid driver's license.
• Certified Peer Specialist Certification.
