Job Description
Sirmax North America Inc, an italian headquartered global leader in providing thermoplastic material solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the South East Territory. The Sales & Business Development Manager will propose and implement relevant business development plans, develop sales in terms of volumes and profitability, and closely collaborate with customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Visits customers to achieve sales goals and develop multi-level relationships.
- Draw up sales forecasts and identify deviations.
- Research and develop new customers relative to our expertise.
- Collaborates with Accounting for credit management.
- Proactively understand and analyze customer product and service needs.
- Identify and prioritize value growth and operational excellence initiatives.
- Coordinates the positioning of innovative products in the market based on customer needs.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong organizational and excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years related to sales in plastics
- Positive, customer-focused outlook and strong learning orientation
